Tim Richard, an attorney with the Serkland Law Firm, Fargo, has been elected president of the board of directors for Hospice of the Red River Valley for 2010-11.
Other officers elected include Jerry Schutz, retired architect, vice president; James Ferragut, marketing and communications, secretary-treasurer; and Kathy Hanish, executive partner, MeritCare Roger Maris Cancer Center, past president.
