FARGO-Elements Fitness for Women, a boutique-style women's health club at 3120 25th St. S., Fargo, is celebrating five years in business.

Elements offers many fitness options, including personal trainers, lifestyle consultants, nutrition programs and various exercise classes including Pilates, yoga, barre, spin and more.

The business is owned by Amy Wallach.
