MOORHEAD-ICSS Supply Co., which got its start in 2008 in Fargo, is moving to the old industrial park in Moorhead.
The company, which was founded and is owned by Seth Carlson, brings five employees to Moorhead, and it plans to continue to expand as it anticipates growing demand for the reclaimed lumber products it sells, said Matt Maslowski, economic development director for Moorhead.
He said ICSS Supply did not receive any property tax breaks, as it leases its space at 1325 23rd St. S.
However, the company may, if it chooses, receive a Border City Zone Incentive for a credit to its workers compensation costs, Maslowski said.
The move to the new location is expected to be complete as of June 1.
