GRAND FORKS — Jerry Seinfeld will return to the Chester Fritz Auditorium in Grand Forks Saturday, Sept. 24.
Seinfeld, who has been hailed as America’s premier comedian, will be performing his newest stand-up routine. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 3, at 10 a.m. and will start at $50 a piece via the Chester Fritz Box Office and at Ticketmaster.com.
Seinfeld’s comedy career was launched after an appearance on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in 1981. In 1989, the next boom in his career came when he teamed with writer Larry David to create "Seinfeld," which became the most successful American sitcom ever and was dubbed the greatest television show of all time by TV Guide in 2009.
Besides his work on the small screen and in stand-up comedy, Seinfeld has also starred in, written and produced films as well, and he directed and produced the Broadway hit "Colin Quinn: Long Story Short." He is also a best-selling author of two books, as well as the author of a children’s book.
