Shelly Kegley has been named a vice president/business banking officer at State Bank and Trust.
Kegley graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is certified public accountant.
She has worked in the banking field for 15 years and joined State Bank and Trust as a commercial credit officer in 2000.
