Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar will host an export promotion summit Thursday in Moorhead.
The summit will focus on how federal agencies can help small- and mid-sized businesses enter foreign markets and expand their international sales, according to a news release from Klobuchar's office.
Klobuchar, a Democrat, is chairwoman of the Senate Subcommittee on Competitiveness, Innovation and Export Promotion.
Thursday's summit begins at 9 a.m. at the Hjemkomst Center, 202 First Ave. N.
Officials from the U.S. Commercial Service, U.S. Small Business Administration and Minnesota Trade Office are scheduled to speak.
