Ladyboss Midwest Wellness Lab to be held Oct. 29 in Fargo

The hybrid event is an opportunity for women to invest in themselves by focusing on mind, body and spiritual wellness.

FARGO - Ladyboss Midwest is partnering with Fit Elements, Inner Spark and MPX Fitness to present the Ladyboss Midwest Wellness Lab from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Oct. 29.

The hybrid event is an opportunity for women to invest in themselves by focusing on mind, body and spiritual wellness to help produce personal and professional growth.

In-person attendees will gather at Fit Elements , 3120 25th St. S., Fargo, while virtual attendees can attend from anywhere they wish.

  • Situational Awareness and Boundary Setting. The session will focus on being aware of surroundings. Participants will learn what to watch for, how to position yourself and how to identify potential threats. The instructor is Mariah Prussia, owner of MPX Fitness and professional mixed martial arts fighter, personal trainer, motivational speaker and writer.
  • Your Intuition: Trusting What you Already Know. Participants will learn easy and effective tools to be more mindful and relaxed, including how to master their thoughts, treat attention like a commodity, and develop practices to give themselves grace. The instructor is Saree Janz, a certified hypnotherapist, meditation trainer and spiritual coach.
  • Define the Fight: Developing a Warrior Mindset and Routine. Instructor Mariah Prussia will help participants identify their current “fight” and learn ways to win the battle in their mind. They will be challenged in their how they view themselves regarding “warrior vs. victim” and “I vs. we” mentalities.
