Mike Lerfald, senior video editor at Video Arts Studio in Fargo, was named the 2010 Silver Medal winner at the ADDY Awards held in February.
The award is given annually to one individual who has helped raise the stature of the advertising industry in the community.
The winner is selected by a committee of former Silver Medal winners using the following criteria: contributions to the company, the general advancement of advertising and to the community and creative ability.
Lerfald has been with Video Arts Studio since 1984 and has won many awards for his work. He also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army and Trinity Lutheran Church.
