The North Dakota Association of Builders has certified Tyrone Leslie, chief executive officer of Heritage Homes, Fargo, as a North Dakota Professional Builder.
Those attaining NDPB certification must have held a contractor's license in North Dakota for at least two years, comply with all state laws related to contractors, build in compliance with appropriate local, state and national building codes, meet membership requirements of a local home builders association, adhere to the code of ethics of the NDAB, and complete seven hours of accredited continuing education annually.
