Mainstream Boutique to host grand re-opening Sept. 12-13 at new location
FARGO - Mainstream Boutique, a women’s clothing and accessories store, is the first business to open in BLU 32, a new portion of the Shoppes at BLU Water Creek retail development at 4600 32nd Ave. S. The boutique joins Hair Success and a number of other upscale stores and businesses.
Mainstream Boutique first opened in 2013 at 2603 Kirsten Lane S. Gunel Huseynova purchased the franchise earlier this year with the intention of moving the business to the Shoppes at BLU.
"We wanted to give customers a better experience with a new and fresh store and a more accessible location," she said.
Huseynova wanted a fresh start as well.
"I wanted it to be my own store, so it felt as though it’s mine," she said.
The boutique will celebrate its grand re-opening Sept. 12-13. The first 10 customers each day will receive gifts. Shoppers can also register to win a grand prize worth $300 that includes the boutique's best-selling tanks and leggings, a $50 gift certificate, two salt cave sessions from Inspire Health and Wellness and a gift from Vintage Point.
Huseynova is pleased with the business they've done since opening in the new location Monday, Sept. 9.
"This is the best location to be, around all the other boutiques and Hair Success. It’s one-stop for women," she said.
Huseynova said she appreciates how businesses at the Shoppes at BLU support each other and is looking forward to taking part in the second annual BLU Water Bash slated from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 26. The event will feature "extraordinary sales" and over $10,000 in prizes and giveaways from participating businesses. For more information, search "BLU Water Bash" on Facebook.
