Marvin buys Denver door company

WARROAD, Minn.-The Marvin Companies, part of the Marvin Windows and Doors family of brands located in Warroad, has acquired TruStile Doors, a maker of high-quality stile and rail doors that is headquartered in Denver.

WARROAD, Minn.-The Marvin Companies, part of the Marvin Windows and Doors family of brands located in Warroad, has acquired TruStile Doors, a maker of high-quality stile and rail doors that is headquartered in Denver.

Marvin plans to run TruStile as a separate business unit with The Marvin Companies. No changes are planned in the way TruStile services its national network of dealer partnerships.

"TruStile is an outstanding company with a proven track record of quality and craftsmanship," said Dan Marvin, vice president of business development for The Marvin Companies.
