The Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead has named the 2009 Parade of Homes Best of Show Horizon Award winners:
- Under $170,000 - Brownstone Custom Homes, a division of American Builders.
- $170,000-$200,000 - Paula Rae Homes and Gardens.
- $200,000-$250,000 - Heritage Homes.
- $250,000-$300,000 - Stan Birky Construction.

- $390,000-$450,000 - Terry Becker Construction.
- Over $450,000 - Heritage Homes.
Builder members, Realtors, architects and consumers judged the homes and the winners were announced at the annual Horizon Awards banquet held recently in Fargo.
