Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty has appointed Dorothy Suomala, an associate professor of educational leadership at Minnesota State University Moorhead, to a four-year term on the Perpich Center for Arts Education board of directors.
Suomala was one of four new members appointed to the 15-member board. She has more than 40 years experience in education.
