Heather Phillips has been named director of housing and residential life at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Prior to joining MSUM, Phillips was coordinator of residence life at Iowa State University, Ames. Her professional experience also includes hall director and coordinator of residence life for Academic Services. She also served as interim assistant dean of students and director of the Academic Success Center at ISU.
Phillips graduated from Western Illinois University and Colorado State University.
