Photographic prints created by Dan Francis, Fargo, have been awarded top honors at the Northern Light Regional Convention, Watertown, S.D.
Jurors from across the U.S. selected the top images from more than 200 submitted entries. Francis also received the North Dakota Photographer of the Year award for the highest print case score of all cases submitted by North Dakota members.
His prints received individual awards at the state and regional level including Kodak and Fuji awards.
His top three entries will be on display at the San Antonio Convention Center in January. The exhibit is held in conjunction with Imaging USA, an annual convention of professional photographers and photographic associations.
