McKnight earns Microsoft designation

Ross McKnight has earned the Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional designation for server administrator.

McKnight passed a series of exams demonstrating expertise in deploying and day-to-day operations management of Microsoft's Windows Server 2008 technology.

He has over eight years of technical experience and is currently a senior engineer with Eide Bailly Technology Consulting, Fargo.

Pfingsten completes career agent course

Rhonda Pfingsten, a Farmers Insurance agent in Fargo, has completed the five-day career agent course at the University of Farmers training facility in Agoura Hills, Calif.

DFC's Schaffer attains Microsoft certification

Deb Schaffer of DFC Consultants, Fargo, has attained Microsoft Certified Training certification.

MCTs are technical and instructional experts in Microsoft Solutions and are the only individuals Microsoft authorizes to deliver training based on official Microsoft learning products.

Schaffer has been with DFC Consultants since 2010 and has over 15 years of experience working with domestic and international enterprises.

Henderson certified in information destruction

Todd Henderson, vice president of operations for Record Keepers, Fargo and Bismarck, has earned the Certified Secure Destruction Specialist designation from the National Association for Information Destruction.

Henderson is the first in North Dakota to earn the designation. He passed an exam that demonstrated his understanding of data protection legislation, secure destruction operations, physical security, records management, risk management and ethics.
