Melissa Prosby, a group fitness instructor at Xtreme Measures, Fargo, has earned the Group Power Certification through Mossa, an internationally-based premier fitness company.
Omdahl graduates from development program

He attended a week-long course in Lansing, Mich., focusing on insurance products and underwriting knowledge, along with professional sales skills training.
