Blair achieves CTFA designation
Gail Blair, vice president/trust officer at Bell State Bank & Trust, 15 Broadway, Fargo, was recently awarded the Certified Trust and Financial Adviser designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association in Washington, D.C.
The CTFA designation is awarded to individuals who demonstrate excellence in the field of wealth management and trust. To qualify for the certification, individuals must have certain levels of experience and education in the trust profession, pass an exam, and agree to abide by a code of ethics. The CTFA exam covers many areas including fiduciary and trust activities, financial planning, tax law and planning, investment management and ethics.
Blair has worked at Bell State Bank & Trust since 2001.
Cordes, Lindberg earn Sage certifications

Katie Cordes and Mark Lindberg, technology consultants at Eide Bailly in Fargo, have achieved Sage ERP X3 certifications.
Cordes completed the required tasks to attain the implementation consultant certification, and Lindberg completed the required tasks for the application consultant certifications in both financials and distribution.
Gudding certified as behavior analyst
Jennifer Gudding has achieved board certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Gudding has worked with children affected by autism since 2009, and has been employed by the North Dakota Autism Center in West Fargo as day program director since 2013.
She earned a master's degree in applied behavior analysis from St. Cloud (Minn.) State University and completed a 14-month intensive practicum as an advanced behavior therapist at the Minnesota Early Autism Project, Maple Grove, Minn.
