Rogers completes ag lenders training

Derek Rogers, assistant vice president/loan officer at First State Bank of North Dakota, Buffalo, completed the National School for Experienced Ag Lenders at Black Hills State University, Spearfish, S.D.
The school uses a curriculum designed to train in all facets of agricultural lending .
Rogers is a graduate of Valley City (N.D.) State University and has worked for FSBND since 2011.

Beyond Shelter staff earn HCCP designations


Randy Bach, Lisa Rotvold, Heather Struxness and Lori Westbrook of Beyond Shelter, Fargo, have earned the Housing Credit Certified Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders and NAHB Multifamily.
HCCPs must have at least two years’ experience in the low-income housing tax credit industry, complete 10 hours of low-income housing tax credit training, pass an examination and adhere to the HCCP’s code of ethics to qualify for certification.
