Kilene earns Nexstar service certification
John Kilene, a service plumber for Laney's, Fargo, has earned the Nexstar service technician certification. Others at Laney's with the certification are Jim Wolters, George Guggisberg, Carl Meckle and John Truhlicka.
The certification identifies plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical service providers as standouts among their peers for superior customer service and workmanship.
Service providers earn certification by attending a Nexstar school, through independent study and supervisor observation during service calls.
Dakota Boys, Girls Ranch completes review

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch has completed a national review with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and has earned another three-year accreditation.
At the same time, it went through a state licensing review for residential child care facility and psychiatric residential treatment facility.
Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch operates campuses in Minot, N.D., Fargo and Bismarck with six programs for at-risk children and their families.
