Hospice staff earn certifications
Three nurses at Hospice of the Red River Valley in Fargo have passed their Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse examination through the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center. The CHPN examination was designed for experienced registered nurses. Applicants must hold a current, unrestricted registered nurse license in the United States or Canada, and must have 500 hours of hospice and palliative nursing practice in the most recent 12 months or 1,000 hours in the most recent 24 months. The following hospice nurses passed the exam:
• Naomi Clark, staff registered nurse. She has been with the organization since August 2013 and is a graduate of the University of Jamestown.
• Terra Fennern, staff registered nurse. She has been with the organization since June 2016 and is a graduate of North Dakota State University.

• Briane Earles, float registered nurse. Earles has been with the organization since April 2015 and is a graduate of Valley City High School and the University of Jamestown.

Holkup earns Ricoh certification
Liberty Business Systems in Fargo announced that Dave Holkup has achieved Ricoh Prestige certification. To earn Ricoh Prestige certification status, Holkup had to achieve above standard levels in solutions training, Prestige level two certifications and customer satisfaction measures.

Krabbenhoft earns GRI designation
Troy Krabbenhoft of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties in Fargo recently earned the national Graduate Realtor Institute designation. Krabbenhoft earned the GRI designation by attending a specific, intensive series of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including professional standards, legal issues, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction, technology and social media.
The institute is designed to educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers. The GRI designation indicates to the public that designation holders are members of the National Association of Realtors who have obtained a professional educational foundation on which to base their services.
