Attorneys attend trial skills academy
Lynn Slaathaug Moen and Scott Patrick Brand of the Brudvik Law Office, Fargo, recently attended the Criminal Justice Act Trial Skills Academy in San Diego.
The academy accepts a limited number of federal court criminal defense attorneys. The program consists of group lectures and group sessions where participants conduct trial practice skills and are critiqued by instructors who are expert criminal defense attorneys from across the United States.
