TNT staff attend national conference
Kim Pladson, executive director, and Carrie Ward, technology and grant writer, attended Making the Connection National Conference in Washington Aug. 8-10.
The conference was presented by the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools which offers technical assistance to states, schools and communities for programs that promote health and well-being of students.
TNT Kid's Fitness was awarded a three-year federal grant in 2010 to help reduce childhood obesity by implementing 60 minutes of physical activity and nutrition education in their SOAR After School program.

Account managers Bruce Donarski and Gerald Urlaub have achieved the Cisco sales expert and Cisco express foundation certifications.
Leon Senn achieved the IBM Certified Systems Expert - System x Sales Expert V3 and the IBM Certified Specialist - System x Sales V6.
Brandon Mayer and Michael Moody each received the Meru Wireless sales certification.
All are employed by the NetWork Center Inc., Fargo.
Minn-Dak Coop achieves safe food certification
Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative, Wahpeton, N.D., has achieved Safe Food Quality 2000 Level 3 Certification.
The in-depth food safety and quality audit includes a document-control system and preventative maintenance program.
A number of Minn-Dak employees worked on the audit, and the team will review documents on a quarterly basis, since the co-op must be recertified each year.

IAAP members attend leadership training
Several members of the Red River Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals attended the 2011 Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota Division leadership training held recently in St. Cloud, Minn. Those attending included:

Advisers named to premier program
Wells Fargo Advisors in Fargo has designated Chad Stark, Chris Meier and Byron Trochman, senior financial advisers, as members of the firm's Premier Advisors Program.
To qualify for the program, advisers must demonstrate a high level of production and a commitment to professional service.

Mary Hoppe, Harwood, N.D., has been awarded a Child Development Associate credential in recognition of outstanding work with young children.
