What sets your sushi apart from others?
"We specialize in the all-you-can-eat sessions which other local restaurants don't do," said manager John Weng. "A lot of people end up trying sushi here and come back because they think their money is well-spent, especially with the quality of the sushi and the service."
What's something you wish more people would try?
"A lot of people think sushi is raw stuff, but it's not just the sushi people can order from," Weng said. "We also offer hibachi which is like cooked stir-fry and included on the all-you-can-eat menu." Also, Weng said many of their sushi rolls are cooked. "I can guarantee once they try it, they will come back for it."
What's new for your business or on your menu?
"We usually update our menus every three to four months to add more items," Weng said. New specialty rolls include: fire and ice, cajun tuna, cajun salmon and even the Sanford roll which pays ode to the new West Fargo Sanford location. "It has tempura crabmeat and avocado inside. Then on top, it's yellowtail (fish) with a sesame dressing sauce," Weng said. "That sauce right there - that's what makes the difference."
