Discovery Benefits in Fargo has hired Tina Ehrichs as a consumer service specialist, Arielle Phiefer, Kristie Lewis and Sara Schumacher as participant services specialists, Justin Rheault as a data analyst and Scott Stinar as a benefit services coordinator.
Ehrichs was previously employed by Heartland Industries as an operations administrative assistant.
Phiefer previously worked as a service adviser at U.S. Bank and Lewis previously worked at Bank of the West.
Schumacher was previously employed by Custer Health in Bismarck as an administrative assistant and has an associate's degree in business management from Bismarck State College.
Rheault attends Minnesota State University Moorhead where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer information.
