Border States Electric in Fargo has named Jason Stein vice president of the northwest region.

Stein joined BSE in 1995 as a part of the management trainee program. He has worked in various positions since, including product manager, automation account manager, northwest region industrial sales manager and director of sales.

In April, he was named vice president of sales and to the company's executive council.
