Brad Swenson, executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Ulteig, Fargo, has been selected to serve a two-year term as a member of the board of directors for the National Center for Employee Ownership. Ulteig is a member of the NCEO.
Swenson leads Ulteig's accounting and finance, human resources, marketing, legal and information technology departments and has been instrumental in creating and administrating Ulteig's employee stock ownership program.
