Hannah Sorensen and Bruce Saum, financial associates with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Fargo, have been awarded the Certified in Long-Term Care designation, and Larry Borlaug, a financial representative with Thrivent, has earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation.
The long-term care program Sorensen and Saum completed is independent of the insurance industry and focuses on providing financial service professionals the tools needed to meet their client's long-term care needs.
Borlaug completed a three-part course offered by the American College of Bryn Mawr, Pa., in conjunction with LIMRA International and GAMA International. To obtain the RICP designation, a financial representative must complete a three-part course that focuses on various risks and solutions that can impact retirement.
