Labby's Grill and Bar has opened at 1100 19th Ave. N., in Fargo.
Owned by Dan Labernik, the smoke-free eatery and bar offers "pretty much everything you can imagine," Labernik said, from Mexican food selections, burgers, sandwiches and wraps, to daily lunch specials such as mashed potatoes and roast beef.
"It's a grill first. The one thing I'm most proud of is the food," said Labernik, who has 20 years experience in the beverage industry.
Located in the former Reeb's Bar and Grill location, Labby's will be open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through Saturday and noon to midnight on Sunday, Labernik said.
The business employs 36 people, including general manager John Trnka, who has 16 years of experience in the food industry, and Mike Ramirez, with 15 years of experience in the industry.

33-tower wind farm being built near Wilton
Basin Electric Power Cooperative and FPL Energy are building a 49.5 megawatt, 33-tower wind energy center southeast of Wilton, N.D.
The center will generate enough electrical energy to power 15,000 homes and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
"This, along with the other four projects now under development in our state, will add more than 230 towers and 330 megawatts of new wind energy to our total capacity," said Gov. John Hoeven.
The new facility will be constructed on an 8,000-acre plot southeast of Wilton by Wanzek Construction of Fargo, which specializes in wind tower construction. The towers were manufactured by DMI Industries of West Fargo.
FPL Energy will construct the plant, and Basin Electric Power Cooperative will purchase the electricity through a long-term contract with FPL.
