Zhu said the menu will have 17 chef's special rolls, many of which will be cooked.

There will also be new recipes of sushi sandwiches and sushi pizza, Zhu said. Sushi sandwiches will be shaped like a sandwich. The pizza will have fish, fried rice, avocado, cucumber and special sauce made to look like pizza.

Zhu said lunches will start at $7 or $8.

"The people in Fargo are young, and the city is growing," Zhu said. "There is a lot of opportunity in Fargo."

Fargo Jet Center wins North Central honors

Fargo Jet Center has been named the No. 1 aviation service company in the North Central Region.

The ranking in the first annual FltPlan.com 2010 Pilots' Choice Awards invited 95,000 registered pilot users to rank a variety of services provided to them by aviation service companies.

"Earning the number one rank in the Pilots' Choice Awards demonstrates the extent of Fargo Jet Center's dedication to aviation excellence and safety," said Darren Hall, Fargo Jet Center vice president of marketing.

The Fargo Jet Center, 3802 20th St. N., was recently named Business of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead.

Cornerstone receives urban homebuyer funds

The Federal Home Loan Bank Des Moines has awarded 21 members $1 million

through the Urban First-Time Homebuyer Fund to assist eligible first-time homebuyers in buying homes in urban locations.

Cornerstone Bank is the only bank in North Dakota to receive funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank Urban First-Time Homebuyers Fund. Grant recipients include Fargo and Bismarck branches.

Cornerstone Bank is a full-service, locally owned Community Bank with eight locations across North Dakota.
