WEST FARGO, N.D. — The city of West Fargo is seeking public input on a study conducted last fall that focused on improving transportation and mobility within the 13th Avenue corridor.
The public information meeting is scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6, in the Training Room at the West Fargo City Hall. For those who cannot attend, there will also be an online open house from Dec. 7 to Dec. 21.
The study is driven by growth potential in the area, along with other needs along the corridor. It also studies the feasibility of an overpass over I-94 and Sheyenne Diversion at the west end of 13th Avenue. The study included 13th Avenue between 17th Street Southeast and 15th Street Northwest, as well as 15th Street Northwest between 13th Avenue and Main Avenue.
This effort has been turned into a draft long-range transportation plan that is available for the community to see and comment on.
