Ulteig Engineers, Fargo, has hired Andrew Wruke as a structural engineer in the company's building services sector and Jeff Heinemann as a design engineer in the substation division.
Wruke is a graduate of North Dakota State University, and Heinemann graduated from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg.
