MOORHEAD-What was likely the last undeveloped portion of Belsly Boulevard within city limits here will soon be home to four new apartment complexes.
Stonecrest Apartments will consist of two 36-plexes and two 42-plexes organized around a small pond near Belsly Boulevard and 15th Street South, according to Enclave Development managing partner Austin Morris.
Morris said construction of all but one of the 42-plexes will begin this spring.
He described the units as having Euro-style cabinets with nickel hardware, Inspired Wood floors and aluminum balconies.
The buildings will include efficiencies with rent starting at $675 up to three-bedroom apartments starting at $1,075.
