What's the best thing about late night customers?

"We are fortunate to be open 24 hours so that we can serve people who work late nights, such as police officers and EMT's," said shift supervisor at the Moorhead Fryn' Pan Family Restaurant, Ben Herbst.

What sets you apart from your competitors?

"The fact that we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at all hours of the day," said Herbst. "If you're in the mood for pancakes or a steak, we have both and everything in between. Plus we have half price apps after 9 p.m."

What's your favorite option on the menu?

"There's so many good choices depending what you're in the mood for, but my personal favorite is the Panhandler. It's a bacon cheeseburger served with fries and it's honestly the best burger I've had," he said.
