MOORHEAD — The Moorhead Police Athletics and Activities League will host the 13th annual Cops and Kids hockey game at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, at the Cullen Hockey Center, 707 Main Ave. SE, Moorhead.
This event was the catalyst for the creation of Moorhead PAL, a non-profit aiming to connect law enforcement with area youth to promote positive relationships between police officers and kids in the community. Since 2007, more than 300 youth have participated in the event.
There will be a silent auction and chuck-a-puck prizes for those in attendance. All proceeds benefit the PAL program.
