MOORHEAD — A panel discussion, "Farming for the Future: Cultivating Resilience in a Changing Climate," will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, in the Grant Center's Barry Auditorium at Concordia College.
The Concordia Office of Sustainability and Offutt School of Business, along with the nonprofit organization FARRMS (Foundation for Agricultural and Rural Resource Management) will sponsor the event. It will feature local farmers Nick Vinje, Bryan Simon, Doug Voss and the CommonGround North Dakota organization.
At this panel discussion, local farmers will tell their stories of how they work to be stewards of the land as they confront changing conditions and new challenges.
