FARGO — The Fargo Public Library will host "Breaking Barriers: Harvesting LGBTQ Stories from the Northern Plains: Three Journeys," at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the downtown main library, 102 Third St. N.

Attendees can learn about a local oral history project focused on the stories collected from LGBTQ elders in the region. Part of the Red River Rainbow Seniors' ongoing oral history project, the three featured interviews vividly recall the challenges and triumphs of this pioneer generation in their own words.

The event is free and open to the public, and no registration is required. For further details, contact Lori West at 701-476-5977.
