GRAND FORKS — More than 3,000 cars are expected to drive through Lincoln Park in Grand Forks as people from the area take a look at the holiday light displays.

The $6 admission fee per car will go to organizations like the American Red Cross, School for the Blind and Community Violence Intervention Center.

Volunteers who put countless hours into the event said they most enjoy seeing families drive through each year.

"Just seeing people come down and be happy. I think that's what we get the biggest joy out of," said Clair Zirnhelt, South Forks Lions Club member.

Christmas in the park starts at 5:30 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m. in Lincoln Drive Park each night until December 31.
