GRAND FORKS — People have a chance to have breakfast with Santa at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks.

At last year's event, people could eat pancakes, bacon and eggs with the jolliest man on earth.

On top of the breakfast, children will get the chance to tell Santa what they want for Christmas this year.

"Overall just a free event to come out and have some free breakfast and see Santa.," said Riley Simenson, director of marketing for the Alerus Center.

To eat with Santa, all people have to do is show up between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14. Children will be able to also have their picture taken with Santa at no extra charge.
