FARGO — Joseph’s School of Hair Design is partnering with The Salvation Army to provide school-age children free haircuts and shampoos Monday, Aug. 17, before going back to school.
The event will take place at Joseph's new location, 3223 13th Ave. S., in Fargo.
Last year, over 125 area children were given free haircuts.
