North Dakota State College of Science Foundation will receive statements of qualifications for professional Commercial Realty services. Services requested include administration of sales for property, located in Fargo ND.
The site is 214,515 SF, gross building area is 56,610 SF, asphalt-surfaced parking and drives of 123,840 SF with on-site parking. It is intended that the property would be ready to vacate in August of 2022.
