NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM
The City of Dilworth will hold a public hearing to meet the annual reporting requirements of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency General Stormwater Permit (MN R 040000) for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s).
The hearing will be held by the City Council on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall located at 2 First Avenue Southeast.
The current year's progress regarding implementation of best management practices will be reviewed along with discussion of the 2020 activities. Copies of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan can be obtained at the Dilworth City Hall, 2 First Avenue Southeast.
Pursuant to the Emergency Declaration dated March 18, 2020 and Resolution 20-12, in-person meetings are closed to the public and not practical due to COVID-19.
