NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Fargo City Commission will conduct a Public Hearing in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Fargo, North Dakota, on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 5:15 p.m., to consider approval or denial of an application requesting 1) Zoning Change from SR-4, Single-Dwelling Residential, MR-1, Multi-Dwelling Residential, and MR-2, Multi-Dwelling Residential with a C-O, Conditional Overlay to SR-4, Single-Dwelling Residential, SR-5, Single-Dwelling Residential, and MR-1, Multi-Dwelling Residential, within the proposed Valley View Estates Second Addition, and 2) a Plat of Valley View Estates Second Addition (Major Subdivision) a replat of Lots 31-50, Block 3, Lots 1-14, Block 7, and a vacation of a portion of 50th Street South, Valley View Estates Addition to the City of Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota.
The above-described tract of land is located at 3604 through 3731 50th Street South. The proposed plat contains 17.80 acres of land more or less.
The Fargo Planning Commission at their regular meeting of April 6, 2021 recommended approval of the above-described application.
Additional information may be obtained by viewing the project file located at the City of Fargo Planning Department, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Any person interested may appear at the Hearing and be heard. Protests must be in writing and submitted to the Auditor's Office (NDCC 40-47-05) and City Planner
(LDC 20-0906.G) before the time set for the Hearing.
