Public Hearing Notice - Dilworth Planning Commission
The City of Dilworth Planning Commission will meet in regular session Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 2 First Avenue SE. The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on the following:
- Review of the Future Land Use Map Designations in the Extraterritorial District of the City of Dilworth Located on the Following Properties: FR NW ¼ Less HWY 6-139-47, Section 06 Township 139 Range 047 of the Glyndon Township (Parcel ID 10.006.2000); PT OF NE1/4 BEG AT NW COR OF NE1/4; E1535.32', S2518.38', W1535.67' & N2532.80' TO POB 6-139-47, Section 06 Township 139 Range 047 (Parcel ID 10.006.1000); and PT E1/2NE1/4 BEG 1535.32' E OF NW COR OF NE1/4; E1103.75', S2507.69', W1105.80' & N2518.38' TO POB 6-139-47, Section 06 Township 139 Range 047 (Parcel ID 10.006.1800)
