WEST FARGO — The City of West Fargo and Epic Companies partnered to build "The Lights," a private and public hybrid apartment complex.

After 15 months of construction, they cut the ribbon on the mixed-use building and community space Tuesday, July 14.

The plaza has lawn games, food trucks, and a splash pad open to the public.

"It's been a really rewarding project to work on. The Lights is going to change our community for the better. A lot of people are going to know about it soon once they come in and check it out," said Mike Amundson, West Fargo Events' executive director.

West Fargo Events partners with the city and Epic Companies to host concerts, speakers, and musicals.

A family fun night followings tonight's ribbon-cutting ceremony from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
