Victim misidentified

CLEVELAND - In a story about a fatal house fire on Page A4 of Sunday's Forum, The Associated Press, relying on information from the fire department, erroneously identified one of the victims. Sheria Carter, 34, was not among the nine people killed in the Saturday morning fire, Assistant Fire Chief David McNeilly said. The ninth victim was Chawntavia Mitchell, 12, whose relationship to the Carter family was not immediately clear.
