Watch out for the Weinermobile this week
The Oscar Meyer Weinermobile, arguably the most famous vehicle shaped like a piece of food, was spotted in downtown Fargo on Tuesday and is scheduled to appear at this weekend's West Fargo Pioneer Days.
FARGO—Nothing turns heads quite like a hot dog-shaped car.
It's a feeling many throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area will get to experience this week as, it appears, the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile will spend a few days in the area.
The famous Weinermobile, one of six that travel across our mighty nation of hot dog lovers, was spotted in downtown Fargo Tuesday, Aug. 23, parked near The Forum building and attracting attention from a handful of passersby.
According to the "Where's That Weiner?" tracker on the Oscar Meyer website , the car will also be present at West Fargo's Pioneer Days on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., suggesting that the Weinermobile could be spotted throughout the region all week.
