A story on Page A1 of Wednesday's Forum about North Dakota State University President Joseph Chapman's trip to the inauguration included incorrect information about the University of North Dakota expense. The $576 airfare for Marcia Kelley, wife of UND President Robert Kelley, was paid for by the Fellows of the University of North Dakota, a private organization that supports UND. A UND spokesman provided incorrect information to The Forum.
In addition, a story in Tuesday's Forum that mentioned Gale Chapman's job with the NDSU Development Foundation contained an incorrect figure. Executive Director Jim Miller misspoke when providing the number of events she attended last year. It should have read about 200.
