Krista Costin and Ryan Dawes, Bloomington, Ind., announce their engagement.
Parents are Kent and Tammy Costin, Moorhead; and Rick and Kathy Dawes, Danville, Ind.
Krista graduated in 2011 from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, Bloomington, with a master's degree in vocal performance. She is employed by Vibe Yoga and Pilates Studio, Bloomington.
Ryan graduated in 2003 from Danville (Ind.) High School and in 2008 graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in communication and culture. He is a music publicist at Rock Paper Scissors Inc., Bloomington.
An Oct. 7 wedding is planned at Rustic Oaks, Moorhead.
