Managing Editor, On the Minds of Moms

Danielle Teigen earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and management communication as well as a master's degree in mass communication from North Dakota State University.

She worked for Forum Communications first in 2007 as an intern and part-time reporter. Later, she served as editor for two local magazines before switching gears for marketing and public relations roles for an engineering firm and the chamber of commerce. She returned to Forum Communications in May 2015 as a digital content manager before becoming the Life section editor and then deputy editor. She recently moved back to her hometown in South Dakota, where she works remotely for Forum Communications as managing editor of On the Minds of Moms.

In 2020, Danielle was named Communicator of Achievement by the North Dakota Professional Communicators. Her work has won several awards in the National Federation of Press Women annual communications contest.

Danielle is the author of "Hidden History of Fargo" and "The Fargo Fire of 1893". She is married with three children.
